What better way to spend a cold Canadian January than on a beach in Mexico, documenting 2 hotties getting married!
Nina and David brought their closest friends and family to the Eldorado Royale resort in Cancun so they could get married surrounded by some of their favorite people and things, one of them being Tequila, and trust me there was plenty to be had.
The weather was a bit temperamental on the day of the wedding…I doubt you can even tell behind all this joy, but it was POURING rain all day and a lot of the week in Cancun. The rooftop reception got moved indoors, but that didn’t stop this couple and their wedding team from absolutely partying through the weather, and making it an unforgettable day.
Some of my fave highlights included: the groomsmen feeding guests tequila from the 3rd floor balcony while they got dressed, the moooody skies that showed off for portraits, the group selfie before the couple kissed, the “wedding donkey” at coctail hour (I love that dude), tequila guns under the seats at the reception, a surprise curated dance by the bride and groom, and the absolute PARTY that ended the reception and poured out into the hotel bar into the early hours of the next morning.
I was so welcomed this whole week by Nina and David and their family and friends, im so happy that this beautiful couple got to execute such an amazing day (and look so good doing it, even if they were soaked through by the rain!) CONGRATS you two. Tequila ever after!
